MM Group began in 1996 as an insurance agency. Today it is insurance, premium cars, operating leasing and residential development — more than 50 professionals in a building we built ourselves and which won “Building of the Year”.

1996
The beginning
MM Insurance Broker is registered (company case 11993/1996), together with the company that 30 years later would become MM Leasing.

2005
The first cars
MM Auto begins trading in premium cars. The company was incorporated in 2006, and the mobile.bg profile has existed since 2005.

2013
A building of our own
MM World is incorporated — the company that builds and runs the group’s headquarters at 3 Okolovrasten Pat Street.

2015
The first award
MM World wins “Building of the Year” in the Residential Buildings category. In November of the same year the whole group moves in.

2016
The leasing arm gets its name
“Hristov and Hristov” is renamed MM Operating Leasing and the division begins to grow — from €181 thousand in revenue in 2014 to €3.8 million in 2021.

2021
M Residence
Marin Hristov incorporates the company that would become M Residence. Today it is a holding with 18 project companies.

2022
The second award
Luxury Chalet Elitsa Wellness & SPA wins “Building of the Year” in the City Hotels category.

2023
The third award
M Residence East, 75 Kumata Street in Boyana, wins “Building of the Year” in the Residential Buildings category.

2025
The fourth award
M Residence at 20 Kumata Street wins “Building of the Year” for residential buildings of 5,000 to 10,000 m² gross floor area. In the same year the insurance brokerage reports €15.6 million in premium income.

30 years
Forbes Bulgaria publishes a piece on the philosophy behind the group. 30 years after the first registration there are four divisions, and one address.

The group began in 1996 as an insurance brokerage. 30 years on, motor insurance accounts for 73% of its portfolio.
Today MM Group brings together more than 50 professionals across four divisions. The largest team is the insurance brokerage — 36 people with shared experience and expertise in the field.

A 30-metre building of stone and glass on the northern slopes of Vitosha — opposite the Boyana Residence and the National Museum of History. Winner of “Building of the Year” for 2015. One address that gathers the different faces of MM Group — the group’s headquarters, the MM Auto showroom, the insurance brokerage’s offices and the homes of its residents.
