1. Scope and who maintains this site

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website mm-bulgaria.com.

The site presents the activities of the companies of MM Group, each of which is an independent legal entity with its registered office and business address at 3 Okolovrasten Pat Street, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria:

By accessing the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What the content of the site is

The information on this site is provided for general information purposes. It does not constitute:

  • a public invitation or a binding offer to enter into a contract;
  • insurance advice or a recommendation of a specific insurance product;
  • investment, tax or financial advice;
  • an offer with guaranteed prices, terms or time frames.

The specific terms of each transaction are agreed individually and are governed by the signed contract and by the applicable general terms of the company, insurer or financial institution concerned.

3. Divisions and applicable supervision

  • MM Insurance Broker — M M Insurance Broker EOOD, UIC 121237498. The company is entered in the public register of insurance brokers kept by the Financial Supervision Commission. Its activity is governed by the Insurance Code and is subject to supervision by the FSC.
  • MM Auto — MM Auto EOOD, UIC 175021066. Trading in new and used cars.
  • MM Leasing — MM Operating Leasing EOOD, UIC 121219482. The company offers operating leasing of cars. Assistance with financing is provided through partner leasing and credit institutions, each of which acts in its own name, for its own account and at its own responsibility, and is solely responsible for the approval, terms and performance of the contract concerned.
  • M Residence — M Residence EOOD, UIC 206677961. The company acts as investor and developer of residential buildings. Construction and installation works are carried out by a contractor entered in the Central Professional Register of Builders.

4. Accuracy and currency of information

We take due care to keep the information accurate and up to date. Nevertheless:

  • Availability, prices, technical data and time frames change and are subject to confirmation before a transaction is concluded. Only terms confirmed in writing by our representative are binding.
  • Some images of construction projects are 3D visualisations and show the design intent, not a photographed finished building. Such images are marked as such on the site. Furnishings, finishes, planting and surroundings may differ.
  • Car information may be loaded automatically from external platforms, including mobile.bg. The completeness and currency of those listings remain the responsibility of their source. A listing may already be out of date by the time you see it.
  • Information on construction stages and permits reflects the position as at the date of publication.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images, videos, logos, trade marks and structure of this site are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act and the Marks and Geographical Indications Act.

Reproducing, distributing or adapting them, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited. Quoting short extracts is permitted, provided the source is clearly stated with an active link to the page concerned.

Third-party logos and trade marks that appear on the site — including those of car manufacturers and media outlets — are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for information purposes, to identify a specific product, publication or partnership. Their use does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Links to external sites

The site contains links to external resources, including listing platforms and media publications. We do not operate those sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices. Following such a link is at your discretion and at your own risk.

7. Rules of use

When using the site, the following are not permitted:

  • automated extraction of content on a scale that overloads the server or circumvents these terms;
  • attempts to gain unauthorised access to the site, to its administration or to other people’s data;
  • sending false information, other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, malicious code or unsolicited commercial messages through the site’s forms.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and reserve the right to suspend it temporarily for maintenance or for technical reasons.

We are not liable for damage arising from the inability to access the site, from technical interruptions, from the actions of third parties, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information published here without prior consultation with our representative.

These limitations do not exclude or limit our liability in cases where it cannot be excluded under a mandatory rule of law, including liability for intent and gross negligence and consumers’ rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Reports and complaints

Complaints, objections and reports can be submitted to office@mm-bulgaria.com or to our business address. We review them and reply in writing within 30 days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you also have the right to contact:

  • Financial Supervision Commission — for matters relating to insurance distribution; 16 Budapeshta Street, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria; fsc.bg;
  • Sectoral Conciliation Commission for insurance disputes at the Consumer Protection Commission;
  • Commission for Personal Data Protection — for matters relating to the processing of personal data; cpdp.bg.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers’ rights under Bulgarian and European law remain unaffected.

12. Invalidity of an individual clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect from the moment of publication.
