M Residence wins in the category “Residential buildings of 5,000 to 10,000 m² gross floor area”

M Residence has been recognised as the winner in the category “Residential buildings of 5,000 to 10,000 m² gross floor area” in the national “Building of the Year” competition. Founded in 2002, the competition is among the best-known forums in Bulgaria for recognising achievements in construction and architecture.

About the building

M Residence stands at 20 Kumata Street in Boyana and offers a limited number of homes. The project comprises a gross floor area of 8,194 m², 1+6 floors and 18 apartments.
